Room Rates
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, based on single or double occupancy. Room rates do not include restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Family Plan
No additional charge for children 17 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents and utilizing existing bedding.

Standard - Ocean View: maximum 4 Persons
Junior Suite: maximum 4 Persons
One Bedroom Suite: maximum 3 persons
Two Bedroom Suite: maximum 7 Persons

Taxes
Rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax therefore the total Accommodation and State Tax is 12.962% per night. Please be advised that effective from July 01, 2010, the Accommodation and State Tax will increase from 12.962% to 13.962%. Taxes will be added to total charges upon check-out. Subject to change without notice.

Guarantee/Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee this reservation. Full payment will be due upon check-in. We are waiving our late cancellation fees for all reservations made directly to the hotel or on our website, effective from April 01 to December 20, 2009. No show charges will still apply.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
Reservations from December 22 - January 4 must be cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival to avoid two nights room & tax cancellation penalty.
